If you and your loved one are interested in history and then the Five Knolls and Medieval Rabbit Warrens – Scheduled Ancient Monuments – can be found in the Dunstable Downs which are fascinating to see.

The Manor House Garden in Stevington close to Bedford is a gorgeous cottage garden with roses, tulips and lovely walks through the scenery. For history and heritage there is much to see in Bedfordshire. The Bromham Mill and Gallery in Bedford is a treat, as this working watermill gives guided tours to visitors and is also home to relaxing walks, picnic areas and a gallery. Another one that is great to check out is the 17th century country dwelling of Houghton House in Amphthill, close to both Flitwick and Stewartby. The ruins of this incredible house are wonderful to see and make a great day trip in Bedfordshire.
